Bookings are not confirmed until Super Dive Thailand confirms the program, date, location, prerequisites, price, payment requirement, and availability in writing.

Cancellation And Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms should be confirmed at booking. Add final deposit, balance, cancellation window, refund, transfer, and no-show rules before launch.

Weather, Sea Conditions, And Schedule Changes

Courses, trips, and production support may be adjusted, postponed, rerouted, or cancelled due to weather, sea state, visibility, current, boat schedule, safety concerns, staffing, equipment, or official guidance.

Medical And Safety Disclaimer

Diving, freediving, mermaid, lifeguard, water-safety, and underwater production activities require suitable health, fitness, conditions, and instructor or safety-team approval. Customers may need medical forms or physician clearance. Participation can be refused or modified when safety requirements are not met.

Certification Prerequisites

Some programs require proof of prior certification, minimum age, swimming ability, medical clearance, logged dives, or professional credentials. Bring proof where relevant.

Equipment

Rental equipment availability depends on inventory, sizes, service condition, and location. Damage, loss, or late-return rules should be confirmed before release.

Production Support

Production work requires a brief, risk review, scope confirmation, insurance discussion, site plan, and agreed chain of command. Safety decisions remain subject to conditions and professional judgement.
