Do I need to know how to swim?
For most certification courses and open-water activities, you need suitable swimming ability and water comfort. Introductory pool sessions may be more flexible, but instructor approval and safety screening still apply.
What is SSI?
SSI is an international dive education agency. Super Dive Thailand positions its courses around SSI-aligned dive, freediving, mermaid, rescue, and professional training pathways.
Is equipment included?
Many course and trip packages can include or arrange core equipment, but inclusions vary by program, size availability, and destination. Confirm the exact package before booking.
What is included in course pricing?
Pricing may include instruction, required training sessions, and agreed equipment support. Certification materials, boat fees, transport, meals, or accommodation can vary by course and schedule.
How do I book?

Are prices current?
Prices are gathered from public Super Dive Thailand materials and should be verified before booking. Schedules, sea conditions, staffing, and equipment availability can change.
Do you offer beginner courses?
Yes. Beginner options include Try Scuba, Basic Diver, Snorkel Diver-style experiences, Open Water Diver, Try Freedive, Try Mermaid, and Scuba Rangers.
Do you offer professional courses?
Yes. Professional pathway options include Divemaster, Instructor Training Course, Dive Pro Crossover, and specialty instructor development where available.
Do you offer lifeguard training?
Yes. The water-safety scope includes Pool Lifeguard, Inland + Beach Lifeguard, React Right, instructor-level lifeguard training, and tailored safety training for groups.
Do you offer freediving?
Yes. Freediving options include Try Freedive, Basic Freediving, Level 1, Level 2, shore freedives, longtail trips, boat trips, and advanced topics by confirmation.
Do you offer mermaid courses?
Yes. Mermaid options include Try Mermaid, Mermaid, and Ocean Mermaid, with safety and comfort emphasized before photo-friendly performance.
What Phuket dive sites do you visit?
Popular Phuket-area sites may include Racha Yai, Shark Point, King Cruiser Wreck, and Koh Bida Nok. Confirm the current schedule, conditions, and boat plan before booking.
Can you support underwater productions?
Yes. Production support can include underwater safety divers, camera support, water-safety planning, equipment coordination, briefings, and logistics for shoots or marine events.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear, towel, sun protection, reusable water bottle, certification card if certified, any required medical paperwork, and personal items that fit the day plan.
Is insurance included?
Insurance terms are not assumed. Ask what coverage applies to your course, trip, or event and whether you should arrange personal dive or travel insurance.
